From The Half Seen Half Told series, these re-enactors had just let off a cannon at Gettsyburg commemoration in July, 2013. The half image speaks to only half of the story....

Some new works on the go...

Just finished some new works which are exciting me and I will show them in my upcoming exhibition Half Seen Half Told at 1912 Gallery at Emory & Henry College in Virginia in January, 2014.

Half Seen Half Told

I'm currently in the midst of preparing for my next exhibition at Emory and Henry College in Virginia. Titled Half Seen Half Told, this work continues the Double Vision, Bloodlines and Now and Now not Now and Then works, all relating to the history and politics of the South. I'm excited to be a visiting artist at Emory and Henry College in January for a week. If you are in the area, I'll be giving a lecture on Thursday January 23rd, 2014. Below is a new work, Half Seen, 2013 which will be in the show.

The regional meeting is this coming weekend of 18-20th October. Should be interesting....got two works in the show for the opening on Saturday night!
